Triathlon Race Day Details:

Schedule – Wait to launch until called UNLESS your shell is coming in to the dock - in that case catch it coming in.

Private 1x owners - Look at the schedule and arrange for someone to carry your boat up from the dock.

NOTE!!! Warm-up in club boats will be ZERO due to the need to rotate club singles continuously. Warm-up on land before coming to the dock. Clock starts on the first stroke in the 1x and is stopped on the last stroke on the ergo.

ROW - We will have 10-12 singles coming in and off the dock at 2 min intervals. Needless to say, dock time will be minimal. Grab the boat off the rower before you and be set to push off immediately if we need dock space. (Take your running shoes in the boat) Get tied in, row to the causeway end of the dock and stop. When you're set, the starter will start you with a simple "attention, GO!" 1 lap around the marked course. DOCK CAREFULLY. The next rower will take the boat from you.

RUN - Lace up your runners and you're off down the paved park path to the stairs and back. (ask if you're not sure where the stairs are. Stay on the paved path.

ERGO - Back at the club you'll head straight to the 2nd floor terrace where you'll mount an ergo for the last 1k. Pick one of the first ergs you come to - those should have the monitor set and ready to go. You are free to change drag. On your last stroke shout your name before you keel over.

Golden Wrench Awards, breakfast to follow.

Happy Racing!
